LOANER VEHICLE AGREEMENT TERMS

By clicking "I Agree" below, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions of the Dreamline Collision Center Loaner Vehicle Agreement:

1. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY:
The Renter and any authorized driver must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Only the individual(s) listed on this agreement are authorized to operate the loaner vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited and will result in termination of this agreement and potential liability.

2. FUEL:
The Renter agrees to return the loaner vehicle with the same amount of fuel as recorded at the time of checkout. If the fuel level is lower upon return, a refueling fee may be charged based on current fuel prices.

3. VEHICLE CONDITION & DAMAGES:
The Renter is responsible for maintaining the condition of the loaner vehicle during the loan period. The Renter assumes responsibility for any damage, interior or exterior, loss of keys, or lockout service costs incurred while the vehicle is in their possession. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

4. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
The Renter must provide and maintain valid auto insurance that includes:

Collision Coverage

Comprehensive Coverage

Fire and Theft Coverage

Liability Insurance that meets or exceeds Arizona state minimum requirements

In the event of an accident or incident, the Renter is responsible for any insurance deductible and must file a claim with their insurer. The Renter is encouraged to verify coverage for loaner vehicles with their insurance provider prior to use.

5. VEHICLE RETURN POLICY:
The loaner vehicle must be returned to Dreamline Collision Center at the specified location within 72 hours of being notified that the Renter’s personal vehicle is ready for pickup. Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in daily usage fees and/or escalation as an unreturned vehicle.

6. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS & FEES:
The Renter is solely responsible for any parking tickets, toll charges, moving violations, or traffic-related fees incurred during the loan period.

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY:
Dreamline Collision Center’s insurance does not cover injuries to the Renter, passengers, or third parties. Dreamline Collision Center does not extend any of its motor vehicle financial responsibility or public liability insurance to the Renter or any authorized driver.

8. RESTRICTED USES:
The loaner vehicle may not be used for any of the following purposes:

Commercial use or ridesharing (e.g., Uber, Lyft)

Racing or off-road driving

Towing or transporting hazardous materials

Any illegal or reckless activity

Travel outside of Arizona, unless approved in writing by Dreamline Collision Center

9. INDEMNIFICATION:
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dreamline Collision Center and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the use or misuse of the loaner vehicle.

10. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE:
By clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you are at least 25 years old, the information you have provided is accurate, and you fully accept and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
