  • Dreamline Collision is directly partnered with State Farm, All State, Acuity, Mutual of Enumclaw, Esurance, National General, and are in the process of partnering with more. We have the ability to work with any insurance company regardless if we are a direct repair partner.

  • Collision Estimates are absolutely FREE. We’re happy to schedule you an appointment or you’re welcome to walk in. Estimate appointments generally take about 30 minutes.

  • If you have an insurance claim, you’ll need the name of the Insurance Company covering the damages and the claim number. (Information not required, but helpful: Your adjuster’s name and phone number, Policy Holder’s Name (if the accident is not your fault), your deductible and other policy information).

  • Absolutely! We have a certified team dedicated to general automotive service and repair. (Oil Changes, transmission flush, spark plugs, suspension, etc.).

    Even if your vehicle was not involved in a collision we offer cosmetic restorations as well! (Faded paint, paint chips, hazy headlights, etc.).

  • Dreamline is not able to offer a line of credit at this time, however, we partner with Snap! Finance which offers short-term loans to be used at our shop to pay for anything from deductibles to repairs.

    Applicants must:

    -Be at least 18 years old

    -Earn at least $1,000 per month

    -Have an active checking account

  • Our hours of operation are normally Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, however, we have a drop box available to use after hours.

    Please let us know ahead of time that you’ll be dropping your vehicle off so we can be sure to get to work on it right away when we do return to the shop the following business day. Click the Text Us option at the bottom right of this page and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible!

  • Sometimes vehicles break down and are not able to be driven safely. We have a partnership with a local towing company that can pick up your vehicle and bring it to us! Click on the Text Us link at the bottom right of this page to request a tow!

  • No worries! Sometimes repairs needed to your vehicle can be extensive and can take a while to be completed. We can arrange for you to be picked up from our shop and shuttled to the nearest Enterprise Rent-A-Car Location. (Rental charges may apply).

    If your insurance policy includes rental coverage, you can let your insurance company know what day you’ll be dropping your vehicle off and they can arrange for a pick up as well.

  • Depending on the size of the repair we may be able to take your vehicle in right away.

    Generally, we’ll complete your estimate and wait for your approval (or your insurance company’s approval). Once approved, we’ll order parts and wait until we know when 100% of the parts will be delivered and schedule a drop off day/time.

    This way you are not without your vehicle for longer than necessary.

  • Unfortunately, every repair will require a different amount of time to complete.

    For our service department - we’ll provide you an estimated time to repair.

    For our collision department, the process is a little different. Once your vehicle is dropped off, we’ll remove the damaged body panels, bumper covers, etc. to inspect for damage beyond what we could see during your estimate appointment. If additional damage is discovered, we’ll create a supplement and submit it for approval to you or your insurance company. We may need to order parts but will continue to work on what we can until they arrive.

  • We are able to provide you with routine maintenance prices over the phone, however, we are unable to diagnose your vehicle without a proper, in-person inspection. Click the Text Us option below to request a diagnostic appointment.

  • We apologize we are unable to complete repairs with parts supplied by our customers. Dreamline has your safety at the forefront of every repair. With our repairs we include a 12-month, 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor.

    Vehicles have many different variants and we use industry standard programs to determine the correct parts required for your exact year, make, model, and trim level of your vehicle. This way we get the correct parts for your vehicle and we can stand behind our repairs with our warranty.

  • Absolutely! Our service department repairs include a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first) on parts and labor.
